Baguni Hostel features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Suncheon. Nice architecture, good showers and powder room. There were not a lot of guests and we had an entire bedroom (8 beds) for ourselves. It is well located between the train station and the bus terminal. The 66 bus for the wetland departs near the hostel.

As soon as I arrived, I knew it was going to be great and it really was. The room was super beautiful, clean, well equipped, big bathroom etc. The common area was also super nice. You could prepare yourself food or bring from outside and eat. There was also a bar that seemed nice. It was a shame that it was quite empty when I arrived. Must be a super cool place when it's full. Anyway, the hostel had everything and is easily in my top 3.

The location was unprepossessing as we approached, but in fact it is very convenient for the local black-sand beach and Yeosu, and our rooms had a view out to sea over the harbour. There's a convenience store a short walk along the road. The self-catering units are modern, comfortable, well-equipped and spotlessly clean, simply but thoughtfully furnished in Korean style (bed with mattress, but low dining table and no chairs). The soundproofing shuts out all traffic noise. It's clearly a family business and we received a cheerful welcome in spite of some confusion about the nature of the booking. We couldn't have wished for a better end to a long day's touring.

Located in Gurye, 14 km from Cheoneunsa Temple, Nogodan Guesthouse and Hotel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Very clean guesthouse, well decorated and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and the food was good ! Surrounded by the mountains it was very calm. Recommend it for ones who like to hike in the mountains.
