I loved the place. In a local area that has many stores and food places. Close to S-21. Offer martial arts lessons which is so nice for a fair price. Guys that own it are really chill, nice and helpfull. Good beds and fans, slept really well!! Wished i could stay longer.

Located in Phnom Penh, a 2-minute walk from Sisowath Quay, RSIII Central Phnom Penh - 50m to Royal Palace has rooms with free WiFi access. Hotel is over all good. Rooms are spacious and renovated but washrooms are little bit not good because in our washroom we found out ant which is think is normal sometimes. All the attractions are also nearby to this hotel. Very central location.

A great hotel, in one of the quietest streets in Phnom Penh. The staff are always willing to help with whatever is needed. The manager accepted from me a 100 usd note that was damaged.. He was really generous about it. He also helped me to find a laundry at the last minute. He even let me stay for free for several more hours after the check out time without accepting money in exchange, because check out is at noon and my flight was at night. I tried to offer him more money but he kindly told me that it was not necessary. He even told me to take my time, that there was no rush! A manager like this is not easy to find nowhere.
