The hosts were more than friendly. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. The floor heating in the rooms provides warmth without decreasing humidity. The most comfortable stay I had during my ski trip. The hosts will drop off and pick up guests at the lifts so you can enjoy the Zao mountain. Not much around the location so be sure to eat before returning to the hostel.
Great location close to Yamagata Station and other restaurants and bars. The breakfast was good and the hotel was next to a Family Mart. Great value for money!

Location is just perfect. The hotel itself is kind of dormitory. The rooms are with tatami floors, but carpeted on top. Maybe it's dome during the skiing season. Although beds are foldable, they are really comfy.
Great location, spacious room, provide free cot, reasonable/ cheaper on sites daily parking, well selection of amenities, good customer service.
