Wish all hostels could copy their formula. Great common area. Tons of room to move around. Everything perfect. Would return again for sure 10/10

Situated within 400 metres of Atami Sun Beach and 26 km of Hakone-Yumoto Station, Atelier & Hostel Nagaisa-Ura features rooms in Atami. Perfect location at the Harbour and seaside of Atami, including the beach. Wonderful all day, especially early in the morning and at sunset. Great restaurants and Atami Ginza as well as an amusement area close to the river all within a few minutes walking. The Japanese style room was minimalist but very nice and generous. The host was really charming and I would have stayed two weeks longer there but had to return to Germany.

Tagore Harbor Hostel features a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Numazu. Located around 21 km from Shuzen-ji Temple, the hostel with free WiFi is also 24 km away from Koibito Misaki... I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews but all I can say is that four days at Tagore right in front of the water have undone so much exhaustion. The staff is so so kind and friendly and the location is splendid with kind locals. I’ve already forced two people to plan their trips!
