Located in Inokuchi, 32 km from Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine, Guesthouse tonari provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. Super friendly staff who were really helpful and welcoming. Great location for exploring the shimanami kaido, few minutes cycle from supermarket, maybe 15 mins to port to rabbit island or tatara bridge. 30mins cycle to other side of the island with the shrine and onsen. Everything was really clean and you were well provided for. Only a few beds in dorm room which was nice. Would love to stay again!

Guest House tokonoma is set in Shimo-yuge and features a garden. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. This was a great stay. The guest house is a well kept old house, fully equipped, clean and very spacious. Yas is a great host and speak super English.

Located in Uwajima, 400 metres from Taga Shrine, Dear Uうわじまゲストハウス＆カフェ offers air-conditioned rooms and a shared lounge. The kindness of strangers in Uwajima will forever stay with me. The owners are wonderful, the people of the city no less so. Several of my best memories of my pilgrimage so far is of this place and this guesthouse. I cannot reccomend it higher to anyone looking for a nice stay and nice people.

Situated in Iyo, 25 km from Tobeyaki Traditional Industry Museum, 海に恋する泊まれる喫茶店 ポパイ features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. a very homey, retro vibe feel. As if it were our granny's house. love the ambiance and also the bed is comfy. it has that very woody calming scent. They also offered simple, self service breakfast. And we def could enjoy our breakfast whilst enjoying the seto sea from the big windows on those big leathery dinner chairs. And oh, it is litteraly a min walk from the station.

Set in Imabari, within 35 km of Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine and 38 km of Saikon-ji Temple, Coliving & Cafe SANDO offers accommodation with a bar and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free... Great location, clean and comfortable. The hosts were incredible!

Located in Imabari, 30 km from Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine, I-Link Hostel & Cafe Shimanami provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking and a terrace. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Didn't feel like a hostel. Dinner meal that came with the stay was also delicious.

Featuring a garden, shared lounge, bar and free WiFi, Hostel & Tatami Bar Uchikobare -内子晴れ- is set in Uchiko, a few steps from Machiya Resource Center and 200 metres from Omura Residence. The staff made me feel at home and the atmosphere was amazing.

Located in Mitsuhama, 2.1 km from Minatomishimadaimyo Shrine, 三津ミーツ provides air-conditioned rooms and a shared lounge. Very clean and suprisingly calm quiet even full of house.

Offering simple dormitory accommodation with shared bathrooms is Hotel Eco Dogo, just a 5-minute walk from Dogo-Onsen Train Station and a 2-minute walk from Dogo Onsen Main Building. Everything was clean and just amazing, it was one minute walk from the Dogo onsen, it has restaurants close by and the staff were so helpful
