The hostel offers a fun while meeting new people everywhere and everyday. This is my second time in Koala and both experiences have been extremely great. The rooms are either private or shared with other travellers and you can have a beer at the common area 24h open. I totally recommend it if you want to meet new people while staying in a fun and safe place
Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabins provided good privacy and they were spacious. A towel was provided for free. I also liked that the top bunk beds had a place to put your shoes which I have never seen in any other hostels.
for a shared dormitory - it was safe and comfortable; neat and clean, and of the 6 beds (3 set of bunk beds) only two were occupied. not sure how the experience will be with all 6 beds occupied. supermarket, pasticceria in close proximity
Great location, my room was facing the stunning Pizzo Camino. I could store my bike in the hostel safely. Very kind staff. Free tea and coffee offered by the property. Very cosy atmosphere and everything was clean.
Koala hostel was in a great location, close to a subway station, walking distance from Milano Centrale railway station and also possible to walk to the Duomo area. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a comfortable lounge area with lots of books and also a small bar. Despite the close proximity to excellent transport links, the hostel was peaceful at night, so I felt safe and had a great sleep!
Low budget hotel/hostel. We didn't expect too much. Cheap place to stay and sleep for one night. Free parking was positive.

One of the best hostel I've stayed in! The benefits for guests were amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful! Room was spacious, nice bathroom and both were clean! Common area was welcoming day and night. Evening entertainment was great and bar prices were backpacker friendly!
Exceptional, easily one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere in general is fantastic. The location is great, there's a metro just round the corner which is cheap, very easy to use, and it's very quick to get into the city centre. If I come back to Milan I would want to stay here again.
The receptionist was very kind, the room was safe, the bathroom was brilliant, as an old backpacker I could say is the best hostel I ever been. Definitely if I come back to Milan one day I'll be there.
