Ostello Verbania is a youth hostel located in a grand 19th-century villa, just a 2-minute walk from Verbania's historic centre and a few steps from Lake Maggiore. Guests enjoy a self-standing pool on site. Everything was perfect, the view was amazing and so are the facilities. Everything was perfectly clean, and the staff supper helpful and nice.
Laveno-Mombello
Located in Laveno-Mombello and with Villa Panza reachable within 25 km, Ostello Casa Rossa provides a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge. The property is set 39 km from Lugano Station, 40 km from Monastero di Torba and 41 km from Exhibition Center Lugano. Mount San Giorgio is 49 km from the hostel. Very clean and bright. A well designed layout.

As there had been a problem with the booking we were offered an appartment in a nearby building linked to the hostel instead, which was a nice alternative. The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment is a bit old, but it's well equipped and within walking distance from supermarket, restaurants and the beach.

This is a great little apartment -- newly renovated, good everything. The hosts left us some breakfast items as well. Can't fault it. Great location in the pedestrian area of town.
Great location near the lakeside, small grocery shop and lots of restaurants, all at walking distance. The apartment was very clean and had all the basics for a week's stay. (no dishwasher but that did not bother us). We can surely recommend!

Host very flexible as arrived later then expected and they adjusted accordingly. Felt very safe being a lone female, residential gated area with outside eating & sunbathing terrace that is not overlooked. Hosts respected my privacy yet on hand when ever I needed them. Good location between lake Orta & Maggiore, choice of supermarkets within 10 min drive - do need either a car or if your very into cycling then doable. Large rooms, good amenities very good wifi, comfortable bed, huge HDMI TV and great water pressure in shower.
A very large apartment available for full use, free private parking, great location and cheap restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend.
Silvia is a fantastic host, the apartment provided everything we needed and is a lovely place to be. Comfortable beds, great location and convenient and safe parking for cars a short walk from the apartment. Two balconies - one on the inside of the building and one over the road. Recommend taking the cable car for excellent views and the patisserie opposite for breakfast. The Oyster & Pizza bar nearby also does a great pizza.
Great location with breathtaking view! The dimensions of the room and private bathroom exceeded my expectations. Also breakfast was a nice surprise. Recommended hostel for a very good price!
