There is bonfire at night. The helping staff too is really good.

A great choice to stay there while in Ooty. Evening with bonfire was comfortable with pleasant vibe. Staff was very helpful and friendly. This place doesn't provide food, but you can order from other places without any problem. Room has very comfortable beds, was well maintained and clean. Highly recommend this place, just don't forget to book in advance, otherwise it could be sold out.

Boasting a garden and views of mountain, The Birdhouse Backpackers Hostel is set in Coonoor, 22 km from Ooty Lake. It was the best hostel I have ever stayed in, you could see how everything has been made with love. The owners are such nice and genuine people. I loved my stay at The Birdhouse Hostel
