The hostel was very clean, everything was new and worked well. It was nicely furnished. There was warm water in shower. Lot of space in the room and common area. The common area seemed good for socializing. There wasn't a kitchen but a place to eat your own food and wash your dishes. Air conditioning worked well in the room. There was a television in the common area from which you could probably watch movies. There was nice music in common area. The place was peaceful. I could leave my luggages in the hostel for few hours after checking out. There was a small cafe from where you could buy drinks like coffee, juices and maybe some cutted fruits.

The landscape around the village is nice and can be explored walking and the hosts are very friendly. You should also try the dinner they offer.

I have had couple of surgeries before having to have stayed at Kochill. Babu helped me every time of every day. He looked after me in a very calm and non intrusive way. He was always there for every request that I made as a recovering patient. And he was really helpful and affable with other guests too. The entire staff of this place has 5/5 starts from me. The Hostel Stories, Varkala - Helipad Road di Varkala menyediakan penginapan dewasa-saja dengan taman, lounge berkongsi dan teres. Great location, close to the beach but tucked away where it's quiet. They had an assortment of board games, books, and instruments to use during your stay. The hostel had a chill, social vibe. The staff was super kind and helpful. Vikrim even helped me buy a new phone after mine broke. I am incredibly grateful for him. The beds were comfortable too.
