At Jungle treking & Jungle Tour only if you are stay here booking treking with us the rooms are equipped with a TV, a shared bathroom, and a terrace with a city view. Had an amazing 3 day tour with Annuar, very friendly, knowledgeable and funny! Highly recommend!

Great place to meet backpackers. Cheap private room is clean + towel + fan. Nice pool table and snack/drinks. Johny and the staff are friendly & helpfull. They drove me to indomaret (15min) and brought me to busstation (10min walk). John is a nice guy and a great tourguide. Jungletour is awesome. Hope to see you all again.
The location is an hidden green paradise. We enjoyed so much our stay at the end of our 4 weeks holiday in Java and Sumatra. Very warm welcome by staff and clear instructions given upon arrival. The pool is an absolute bonus! The breakfast was top! Enough variety. If you don’t want to eat in restaurant omlandia you still find enough places on the street. Prices are off course cheaper there when you travel in budget.,Although the restaurant is recommended by us.

By far one of my best hostel experience of 2023-2024. Very affordable. The place is super nicely located, very clean and you got a very nice view on the whole of Berastagi. The owner, Kaesa, is really friendly and helpful. He even helped me find a cheap driver to get to Toba next! A good breakfast is included. I recommand +++.

Bua Guesthouse is a hidden gem just outside the main city of Medan. It is easy to get to and feels much safer in this area than Medan. The owner is wonderful - happy to help in any way she can. She will take you to the airport if you need and is happy to lend her scooter so you can run errands. Breakfast was fried rice and very filling. She also offers dinner for a cheap price.
Good price-quality. Podstyle bunkbeds. Clean enough. Breakfast super simple, toast with chocolate sprinkles but that's alright. Close to the airport. 50k for the shuttle. Definitely recommend for a cheap stay close to the airport, for a night before or after your flight.
Really nice accommodation in Bukit Lawang. Great location and common area. Very good food at restaurant. There is also possiblity to organise jungle trek from the hostel.
Bukit Lawang us a wonderful town and not as touristic as other places in Indonesia. The communication with the people from rain forest guest house was easy and fast and they helped us to organize a bus to Medan, a hostel there and they also organize jungle Trekkings. the staff was really nice, the food was great and the atmosphere was very familiar. Perfect location for backpackers!
