Really nice hotel right in the center of downtown Labuan Bajo. Walking distance to the port and fish market restaurants. Rooms are very clean with good AC. The staff members are so nice. They also offer laundry services at a fair price, and the coffee in the coffee shop downstairs is excellent.

We really enjoyed this place, the family is lovely and will do everything to help you. They gave us some advice for the rest of our trip, which was really helpful.
