It is super social, the staff is amazing and helps you with literally everything! They organize snorkelt and boot trips, they help with ferry bookings and welcome you as if you are part of a big family!

He helped us a lot in organizing our trip back from Karimunjawa (he even came out to the port with us and helped us buy the tickets)! It was a very great experience! 😀

The aircon didn’t work the first night and the water didn’t work one night either. We had to go across the street to shower. But the staff really cared and tried their best to fix things. I was even offered a ride to the port when checking out. I would definitely stay here again just for the staff!
