There were no staff on ground at the reception when we came in we had to wait for 20 minutes before one showed up, even when we wanted to check out, we had to wait for another 45mins. There was no water one man Mr. ? tried to fetch water for us the first night but disappeared the next night and we were completely stranded. It was a very unpleasant experience.
