Cozy artsy place at a great location. Place is rented out by a lovely lady, provided free coffee and tea as well, there was a laundry machine which I didn't use myself but was allowed to. Shower was really nice with good water pressure and hot water. Clean and cozy place.

It's close to restaurants and bars for those who like the night life. Overall it was the best place I found in Tbilisi, just a fun side note the theme is very cool as well. It kind of has a prison feel, everybody seems to like it.
