Bathroom are constantly kept clean and one can have shampoo, conditioner, soap. Towels are white and clean, kitchen has a good supply of tea, coffee, sugar and pasta all ready for one to prepare and dish. The guests tend to be respectful and gracious I was impressed by the good friendly nature of the employees.

Facilities are clean; the room was very quiet from arrival to departure. This is not a 'party hostel' - there are rules about curfew. It was great for me as I was travelling for work and needed somewhere cheap but good in Leeds. A decent range of breakfast cereals and other items are provided free, with different types of milk in the fridge. The kitchen has all the necessary white goods for preparing your own meals. WiFi is available throughout the hostel and is free. Check-in and check out were friendly and easy. I walked from the bus station to the hostel, which took about 25 minutes. The hostel is about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Leeds and all the shops and facilities. I've been using hostels for years, and this was a very good one.
