Situated in the Trossachs, this hostel is on the eastern shore of Loch Lomond. WiFi is available throughout. Gorgeous and delicious restaurant with stained glass windows. Recommend the sticky date pudding.
Stirling
The 4-star VisitScotland accredited Stirling Youth Hostel is set in the grounds of Erskine Church, just a short walk from historic Stirling Castle, high above the town centre, with views over the surrounding area. The location is perfect. Really nice staff at the front desk, especially Zoe who gave tons of great suggestions for things to do. Comfy beds.

Situated in the heart of Stirling, William Wallace Hotel is a Victorian property within 10 minutes’ walk of the historic Stirling Castle. It is just 150 metres from Stirling Bus and Railway Station.
William Wallace offers comfortable budget rooms with shared communal bathrooms, it is set over 3 floors. Bed linen is provided and there are shared communal showers rooms on every floor.
What a wonderful spot! Great staff, incredible value, the rooms felt large and made for a great stay.
Great location close to the Castle, Old Jail and a short walk to the city centre and train station. Very friendly, helpful staff. I like the hot roll selection available for breakfast. Very spacious common areas with outside seating area. Property felt very safe and secure. Great value for money.
Such a beautiful youth hostel directly next to Loch Lomond. The staff is so kind and supportive and the hostel is very clean and modern. It is perfect for walkers of the West highland Way. If you pre-order even cooked meal is served for dinner. Subsequently we had some beers in the cosy lounge, where you could meet many further walkers. I only can recommend this hostel.

Great youth hostel! Simple and effective
The best thing about this youth hostel is the staff - very helpful and friendly! Good location on the WHW. Not that there's much competition in Rowardennan... Staff took care of washing and drying my laundry. At first I thought 9£ was rather expensive, but it's actually pretty normal for WHW. Oh yeah and the building really DOES look nice (even though the pouring rain made it hard to appreciate it).
Location was perfect, and the neighbourhood was very clean and safe. Loads to do in the area before you even think of heading to one of the big cities. The hosts were fantastic, and very helpful. Everything was really close. Kids loved the bunk beds! I'll definitely be staying be here again.

This is a budget hotel in a great location. The staff were amazing and friendly. They were welcoming of us and our dog, and just what we needed after a long drive. The hotel was clean and does exactly what it states.
