Alton
Set in Alton and within 3.2 km of Alton Towers, Soli Hostel has a garden, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. The property is located 24 km from Trentham Gardens, 38 km from Buxton Opera House and 47 km from Chatsworth House. A lovely place very close to Alton towers and a few other locations. The welcome was great, we had to check in late and they accommodated us. The rooms were good especially with the ensuite. Parking was available and plenty of spaces. There is a massive place to eat, a hot water kettle and milk/tea bags. Microwave and Fridge available in the common area, cups available too. All in all excellent for the price
Great location in Alton, 5 mins from Alton Towers and right next door to a convenience store. The key safe entry was easy and the place itself is beautifully furnished and bigger than I thought it would be. Comfy beds, well equipment kitchen, huge smart tv and an L sofa, what more could you want! We will stay again next year I’m sure.
Big rooms, better than other Ibis Budgets. Actually has carpet and a full en suite rather than the usual hard floor and shower and sink next to the bath. We booked the family room which at other Ibis Budget hotels is a bunk bed over the double. This one has a double and a single bed separately and still had plenty of space. Breakfast was decent enough and had a good selection too.
Great location, lovely staff and plenty of area to walk the dog safely.
A friendly welcoming place. A community based pub bringing people together. Warm room. Close to my training venue. Car parking onsite if your lucky I was. Fairly priced food. Chicken tikka curry was lovely. All in a very cheap place to stay if you have a tight budget. Kettle provided if you ask for it with tea and coffee provided. Free tea and coffee provided all day in lounge from water boiler.
The ground floor apartment was clean and well presented - in a great location for our needs. It was modern, safe and secure - and very comfortable.
This was a cheap and cheerful budget hotel. It's OK if you just need somewhere very basic to crash for the night. The breakfasts were quite large and people seemed to be happy just to be there. There was also a small shop on site.
The Fazeley Inn has had a lot of negative press and I really wasn't sure what to expect however, our room was clean and tidy, it was quiet, there's someone on site at all times, the staff were great and really friendly, breakfast was cheap and plentiful and tasted brilliant. The room was spacious and I would say that if you're looking for somewhere on a budget, this is the place! Stayed for bloodstock which is about a 30 minute taxi ride away and I'm looking forward to our stay next year already!
Great location for a overnight stop on the way from Brighton to Carlisle. Travelling with our daugther(22yrs) we would have needed two rooms. This worked out so much cheaper and had much more flexibility.
Great location with on street parking available right outside, if you get there early enough, but loads of parking around Leek anyway. Very safe property as the front door was on a locking system. Even a little outside space which did catch some sunshine for an outside breakfast.
