The place is very nice, staff is kind and welcoming. We stayed in the tent and it was a great experience. Dinner and breakfast are nice and rich. Very close to train station. Recommended!
Clean, great location, 50 meters from seaside, bed was comfortable, nice clean towels. Short walk to town. The staff is helpful and friendly. If looking for a budget hotel to crush for the night dont miss this one. Highly recommend.
lovely little room, perfect for a single person for a 1 night stay. Was in a great location, so close to the town centre & the beach. Staff were very friendly & couldn't have done more for me, to make me feel welcome & safe during my stay. Would highly recommend & would stay again if I'm passing through Eastbourne!

Accurately described in words & by photos. Great location, 10 minutes to sea front & 5 mins from station. Felt safe & comfortable. They kindly had milk in fridge with tea, coffee & hot chocolate sachets plus a coffee machine. For basement flat, lots of light & spacious, nice to have view of garden.
Great location, the room is nice. Kettle and tea/coffee bags in the room, toiletries, even toothbrush+toothpaste provided. Microwave and toaster next to reception, Tesco Express around the corner. Everything is together for a budget trip, :) Room is clean.
The propety was beautifully decorated and it was incredibly clean and tidy. It also felt very safe and in a great location. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and were always more than happy to help. The full English breakfast cooked was absolutely delicious. This is a must stay - Guest house. I will be returning.
