Situated within 7 acres of lush, landscaped gardens, Madingley Hall is a 16th-century country house offering rooms with idyllic garden views. Historic Cambridge is just 15 minutes’ drive away. the Property and especially the garden are gorgeous, very nice to stay there. it is the university guest house, so do not expect 5 Star, but not the garden, that is 6 Star. breakfast in the big hall is very nice and casual

Just a 5-minute walk from Cambridge Railway Station, the YHA has a café-bar and games room. The historical centre and Cambridge University Colleges are a 15-minute walk away. The freedom I had there was unbelievable. Really enjoyed it
