I got even warm sauna in the evening. This exellent location if you are travelling long distancies north south direction.

The owner has thought of everything; it had all the necessary facilities and more, with lots of special touches. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wifi fast, and the entire place had a real charm. The owner was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended and great value.

Modern toillets and also sufficient amount of them. Modern design and also great price. Comfy beds. We could also leave our luggage there on our last day for which we are thankful.

Bathroom facilities at The Yard Hostel are shared. Great location, very clean and cozy, nice clean lounge zone for work, meeting people or watching netflix. The girls at the reception were very kind to help me with a request I had. The beds have curtains for privacy (even the top ones). I would stay there again if I come to Helsinki.

A private bathroom with shower is standard in all rooms at Linnasmäki Hostel. Some rooms include a TV and a kitchenette with a stove, fridge and coffee maker. The check-in process was very simple, there is a reception shared with the hotel. Every room has a booklet explaining all the features of the stay: the laundry, the kitchen, the gym, the wifi, the restaurant and so on. The room was very spacious offering two desks with chairs and two single beds and even a private bathroom. Everything was very clean. The view from my window was very nice, with green trees. The common kitchen and living room are spacious and have a lot of light. It was possible to cook there and use the fridge. I would totally recommend this hostel, not only for solo travelers and friends, but also for families. I had the impression that the is a lot to do in the nature in the surrounds of the hotel. For more "city-oriented" tourists there were buses to the city center not too far from the property.

Located on Helsinki’s Katajanokka island, surrounded by the sea, this hostel is a 5-minute tram ride from the city centre. Vyökatu Tram Stop is just around the corner. The Viking Line ferry terminal and Kauppatori Market Square are few minutes' walk away. Also other interesting sights are close by. Very informative staff and clean room and bathroom. Just a few steps of a tram station.
