Le Scouts’ Youth Hostel est installé au niveau du déversoir de la rivière Pielisjoki, à 1,5 km du centre-ville de Joensuu. This hostel was one of the best hostel I have ever been to. The showers were excellent, toilets with bidet showers. Everything amazing.
