The location is central and you can reach everything on foot. The rooms have everything you need for you stay and beds are comfy. The kitchen was really equipped, there was even free tea, coffee, oatmeal and a couple more things. I wonderful experience and I'll definitely be back here in my next trip to Rovaniemi. The host was very accommodating for our late arrival, and we were able to do everything on our own. This was our first hostel stay, and we were impressed: aside from sharing a bathroom, which many westerns are not used to, but did go fine, everything was very comfortable, clean, and it was in a beautiful location. I would love to return during the summer months when we could see the surroundings a little better, but the winter month was still absolutely incredible. I will always wonder, however, why Norwegian moose cannot seem to read road signs properly, and always cross at the Caribou signs. ;)
