The place is in a calm area of Aswan, you can swim in the Nile, watch the felouks go by and have a view of Elephantine Island. it's great. Breakfast is typical Egyptian and really keeps you from getting hungry for the rest of the day. The place was clean, and we had Aircon. What makes this place exceptional is the owner. He gave us many tips for our further travels backpacking around Egypt. Also, they don't rip you off on water here! Buy your water there, everywhere else they see you are a tourist and you will pay 5 times the price.

Terletak dalam 18km dari Aswan High Dam dan 1.9km dari Unfinished Obelisk, Wanees Hostel mempunyai bilik di Aswan. Inside was clean and cozy, and there is hot water shower. I could stay comfortably so much. The hotel is in the old souq, and so I could find many restaurant and shops even when I arrived at midnight. Also I asked to arrange Abu Simbel temple tour and it was Okay with the process and the price.
