Fabriccio (and his sweet parents)couldn't have been a better host. His exceptional level of communication before our arrival, as well as his ongoing attentiveness, and wonderful recommendations for things to do and where to go, and all around general help and interactions made our week absolutely unforgettable! Even if Banos had nothing to offer(and it couldn't have offered more fun and adventure!)we'd come back again just to see Fabriccio! :-) It is very apparent he loves what he has created for his guests. So much so it seems he can read your mind to always be one step (or many!)ahead always making sure everything goes well for you. So many little touches like an unexpected coffee, or snack, or use of a bathing cap for the hot springs, eecommrndatikn and information for the best your operator in town, and even offering a late checkout to accommodate our night bus departure! The list goes on and on. (And we saw it extended to all of his other guests too) The backdrop of the volcano, the quiet, the hot showers, convenience of shared kitchen, ease of comminicationg in English, and a perfect location were all icing on the cake! Breakfast was awesome. They even accommodate my diet meals. The owners were very courteous and friendly. My family and I had a wonderful time there

The Casa Verde Eco Guest House offers a solarium with views of the mountains and the Pastaza River just a few minutes from Baños. Buffet breakfast is included. Delicious breakfast. Johan was very helpful in helping us pick activities and restaurants. He helped me solve a problem with our next hotel and with my phone as well. The location was awesome as it was fairly quiet (we stayed in Banos during a festival so there was some parties near by but more quiet than staying closer to the town’s center) and the view of the river was beautiful.

Only 100 metres from Aguas Termales hot springs and Cascada de la Virgen waterfall, Casa Real boasts free parking and comfortable rooms with free WiFi. The town’s commercial area is 300 metres away. Great room, excellent service upon arrival, great breakfast. Upon arrival, the staff put effort into explaining how to use our limited tame best to our possibilities, and they made our stay in Banos very comfortable. Room as advertised, but a bit better :)

Hostal Rossy is located in Baños. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared lounge and free WiFi throughout the property. I loved this place, I would have stayed longer if I could. It's a 7 minute walk to the main square (according to Google) and I loved the location as it was close but away from the noisy streets. I slept so well here, really quiet room and big comfortable bed. It's a very friendly family run business.

This place is great and great value for money. I had a lovely room with a balcony looking at the waterfall. I had read in some reviews that wifi was weak in rooms and no hot water, this was not true for me, the WiFi was great in the room and I had lovely hot showers. I would really recommend this place and its at the edge of town so away from the noise and just across from the thermal baths.
