Located in Mompiche, less than 1 km from Mompiche Beach, Maracumbo Lodge provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The accommodation features a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property.

I really recommend Maracumbo hostel to anyone who wants to enjoy Mompiche without being in the middle of the noise :) it’s just 300 metres from the beach, immersed in the nature, a very quiet place.
Christian is super super kind and easy going, and he also gives surfing tips ;)

The Mudhouse Hostel Mompiche features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Mompiche. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a tour desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Certain units at the property feature a patio with a river view. Great location in a very safe spot in Ecuador. This place is run by a lovely couple and at night local people came to enjoy the bar which made for a special and amazing time. The hosts went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and part of the family. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an authentic experience in Mompiche
One of the best hostels i’ve ever been. Lot’s of nice paintings. A unique place and the young owner of the Hotel, Martin is extremely nice and helpful and gave us lots of information about Galapagos. His english is awesome. He rescued all his animals from the street. Thanks Martin. Hope to come back again
I went for 3 nights, stayed for 2 weeks! What a perfect place to relax recharge during your trip. Double beds, sheet changes, free breakfast all within metres of the beach. The outdoor kitchen keeps cool when its hot, the room has fans but always has a breeze and the beds are comfortable. Perfect for a low-key beach hostel.
As most of Mompiche is amazing, this hostel couldn't be an exception. Martin is a great guy, excellent quality-price ratio, good vibes, clean with everything you need!

Stayed a week in this hostel for a week and it was an amazing experience.owner martin is so friendly and his place is so clean and organized.hot shower,clean kitchen and location os couple minutes from the beach.highly recommended
I was very happy with my stay here; set in a private garden with hammocks and outside kitchen, this room was clean, safe and quiet and just steps from the heart of the village and the sea. There's a friendly member of staff onsite too if you have any issues or questions. Most of the budget rentals in Mompiche are constructed from bamboo but Ocean Surf is solidly constructed, so this is definitely the best choice if you are a light sleeper; you won't be kept awake by the music, dogs and cockerels! I have already made plans to return.
Martín is a very kind and helpful host. It is a very beatiful hostel with amazing artworks on the walls and a very chill vibe. I highly recomend this place if you plan to go to mompiche.
The hostal was super beautiful with huts that look very natural. The location was very central and close to the beach but not right next to a bar etc. There is a tapas bar right in the hostel complex with very tasty food and a nice atmosphere. I would recommend the hostel and think it's the best I've seen in Mompiche
