We found a spotless room arranged so it would fit a family of 4 and were offered to prebook breakfast for the following morning. It was indeed the best breakfast we had during our whole summer holidays. Would totally recommend.

Clean and cheap
Awful, when I walked in, having been on the road for the entire day, driving in the sweltering heat, with screaming children and we were hit with the sight of this outdated, tired, even back in 90s cheap standard room, stained, theeadbare carpet, furniture and furnishings we would expected to find in a hostel for refuges than a hotel, my wife just burst into tears! Awful. To boot, we they charge same rate for little tods and they do for adults.

Great location right next to forest with lots of beautiful paths leading to the amazing castle, and it is the perfect place for travellers with dogs. At the same time, it is just a 10 minutes walk to the old town which is definitely worth seeing. We liked the spacious rooms in loft style and wooden floor, comfortable beds, nice building with historical atmosphere, tasty breakfast with good coffee. There was a selection of tea and coffee in the room. Free and safe parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for the stay.
As always a great stay at the stylish Herrenkrug. We always stay here on our yearly family trip back and forth to Poland. It is a relaxing place away from the highway to relax, walk in the nice park, swimming pool, enjoy the good buffet restaurant and spacious family rooms. Altogether not a cheap stay but worth it!
Nice and cozy hostel, provided clean and soft towels, bed linen, TV and a safe in a room. I do like fully equipped kitchen on a floor with fridge, stove, toaster etc and ability to chill on the balcony or in the back yard.

Very clean and quiet hostel with all the needed facilities. Great location in the center of Dessau really close to the train station. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.
