It’s one corner from the main square, practically everything is in walking distance. The breakfast (which is included in the price) is delicious, a good amount and you have different options. You can also ask for extra veggies. There’s free coffee and tea available all day long. They serve various fast food until 9 pm, and there’s also a bar. All the staff members has been great, very kind and helpful with anything. They were calling me by my name after a couple of days :) A wide range of activities can be booked through them. The room was always clean, they clean them every day and even make your bed. It was also spacious with plenty of space to keep your stuff. Most of the beds in the dorms are single beds, not bunkbeds. They give you free towels. Lockers are available for free with keys. The bathrooms are well equipped and were always clean. There’s a large garden that acts as the biggest common area with very chill vibes.

It is a very nice house, suitable for resting and disconnecting. Very quiet, 10 minutes walk from the wells of Pescaderito. Curití it is a beautiful village with a pleasant climate in Santander, and just a few minutes by car from the lodge. They offer dinner and delicious breakfasts.

Situato a San Gil, il Macondo Hostel offre una sala comune, un giardino e attrezzature per barbecue. Absolutely everything was fantastic. The staff was amazing, they gave great recomendations for activites in and around San Gil, you can book things directly through them, each and every one was friendly and helpful. They also organize their activities (we went to play tejo). As far as the hostel, we stayed in a private room, it was clean and spacious, comfortable, just the bed is quite noisy. Truly a 10/10 experience.
