The location is great (near Rocky Cay and San Luis beach, short walk from La Piscinita) so you can really explore a lot on foot, buses are also cool and inexpensive. The room was always clean (Monica is the best), the kitchen is well equipped, there are condiments present and for any info you could possibly need you have Monica that is willing to help. We always felt like at home. Highly recommend for a chill, tranquil vacay. Oh and the wifi is superb. Just go, you won't regret it :).

Hostal Posada San Martín is located in San Andrés Island, just 5 minutes’ walk from Spratt Bight Beach. It features a garden, terrace and free WiFi in public areas. This place was lovely - I was only here for a night while on my way to Providencia, but the room was exactly what I needed. Mónica was super helpful and even stored my luggage while I was away for two weeks. Really lovely people and a nice quiet place to rest.

Just a 5-minute walk from the beach and the Sea of the 7 Colours, San Andrés Hostel has rooms with air conditioning. There is an on-site disco bar. Scuba diving lessons are available. The activities and the staff were great.

Set in San Andrés and with Los Almendros Beach reachable within a few steps, Karibbik Haus Hostel offers express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi throughout the... It was off the Main Street so quiet for San Andres. The couple that ran the hostel were outstanding. Caring, friendly and available! I stayed in both the private room and the 4 bed dorm both lovely.

Boasting a garden, terrace and views of sea, Rockxy HOSTEL BY JR is situated in Providencia, 400 metres from Fresh Water Bay. Providencia is paradise on earth and Jaime is going to make sure that you enjoy it. He moved the whole hostel to a new location on the island because it’s more calm there. It’s called Fresh Water Bay and it lays in the middle of nature and yet you are at the beach in 2 minutes. Everything you need is close by. Jaime helped out where he could. Picked me up at the airport, drove me to my diving school and took me to party during night. Overall, this was one of the coolest experiences during my trip.

Sandy, the administrator, was so sweet and made me feel like at home. AC in my room. Clean space. Kitchenette and private bathroom. If you need laundry or tourist info, Sandy will help you. You can walk to the beach or downtown. No need for a vehicle.
