One staff member (among other assistance he gave me) extensively helped me sort my train ticket. Many thanks again to him !!! - Simply the best location you can have in Hangzhou: in the old city, close to the metro and famous shopping street ; but in a very quiet area. - Everything was clean and convenient.

If you don't have Alipay, you really need one! They can help you register for Alipay. With Alipay, traveling in China will be very convenient. Without it, it's quite troublesome, as you'll have to constantly exchange cash and end up with a lot of change.
