This hostel is located in a 19th century heritage mansion, just 5 minutes’ walk from Hamilton city centre. It offers a fully equipped guest kitchen and free Wi-Fi in all dormitories and private rooms.... I hardly ever found a hostel so perfect. No towering squeaky bed frames, cozy and quite elegant environment, super available owner, decent price for the area, great location. No drawbacks on this one, if I'm ever back to Hamilton I know where I'll be staying!

Set within 2.7 km of BMO Field and 3.3 km of Exhibition Place, Ode offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Toronto. I loved the good vibe of this place and Erica was very nice and helpful. Loved the furniture and decoration, all made with local products, the amenities too, super good quality Canadian soap and the fact that there is a bluetooth speaker is a great detail that means so much. The neighbourhood is great and lovely as well as the recommendations written on the card left in the room, and the last top details is the DIY SPA mask left on the bed, amazing!!

Set in a restored jailhouse, this Ottawa hostel is adjacent to the Ottawa Convention Centre and Rideau Centre Mall. It features rooms with free Wi-Fi and serves a daily continental breakfast. very interesting place, super location, breakfast included, excellent value for money, clean, comfortable.

Located in Thunder Bay, 2.2 km from Port Arthur Stadium, The Haven Hostel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. The hostel is both clean and aesthetic. The staff are absolutely lovely and make sure you are comfortable. The bathrooms are great with individual shower rooms. This was the best place I could have hoped to stay at in Thunder Bay.

Location , spacious room , comfortable, good wifi , free breakfast and very friendly staff especially Paula who made my stay memorable , big shout to her , a true host and super nice and professional

Situated in Toronto, 1.8 km from Sunnyside Beach, The Parkdale Hostellerie features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Welcoming, helpful and respectful! The rooms are spacious the showers and toilets were outside of my bedroom! I appreciated it since when you're coming back late at night, you don't disturb everybody! The place is safe!

Situated in Toronto, within less than 1 km of Rogers Centre and a 15-minute walk of Toronto Symphony Orchestra, The Clarence Park features a terrace. I liked my stays as near to market. Safe and clean and perfect view for CN tower.

Conveniently located in central Ottawa, this budget hostel is a 5-minute walk to Rideau Centre. It features apartments with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Free Wi-Fi is available. Good place for travelers on a budget. You are going to meet like-minded people here. Also hostel is close to metro, old part of town, parlament hill is in walkable distance. There's a front 'veranda', living room and a terrace in the back for chilling out. In the kitchen there's enough space for 4 people per house, it sometimes gets crowded but people are respectful.

Located within downtown Toronto, this student co-op lends rooms out to the public throughout the summer. The hotel is an 8 minutes' walk from the Dundas TTC subway station. Such a great value for money! It's amazing. Literally impossible to find something that is at this level of price and has this level of comfort in Toronto. The location is alright, it's not super duper central per se but it's still downtown. Just a bit further down Gerrard St, but you can get to Yonge in like 5 minutes walking. The rooms are very private, there's like a dorm thing with 5 rooms in it or so (could be wrong) and sometimes you're like the only person in this dorm thing so it's actually super private. But yeah, the toilet and bathroom are shared - which is totally OK at this price point. You get your own room where you can sleep peacefully alone - this is much better than your usual backpackers. Hotel receptionists are also very nice and courteous - they will go above and beyond to take care of the guests. There's also complimentary breakfast. It's not fancy but will get you going.
