Boasting Rocky Mountain views, HI-Banff Alpine Centre offers a café and a bar. Free WiFi and self catering kitchens are available for guests to use. Banff town centre is 4 minutes' drive away. It has all the amenities you need like kitchen, common room, cafe, laundry. Rooms and kitchen was clean. Location is good, not far from Banff market and they also give you free bus pass. There were many activities planned for a week. All in all the best hostel I stayed in Canada.

Great location in the middle of nowhere. Juan was a great host with excelent storytelling abilities haha there is a great sauna and the river to go after and feel the experience.

Located in Banff centre, this hostel provides free WiFi in all rooms. Mount Norquay Ski Resort is 15 minutes’ drive away. Nice hostel. Good location. Very clean

Located on Banff National Park, this hostel is just 5 minutes’ walk from Banff’s shops and bars. The breakfast was cute, staff was super friendly, had a good time. shampoo conditioner and body wash, towels all included.

Located in the heart of Banff National Park and less than 10 minutes’ walk from Banff town center, YWCA Banff Hotel sits along the peaceful Bow River. The Banff YWCA exceeded my expectations. I stayed for 2 weeks as a solo traveller. For me, a luxury hotel is not important as I prefer to be out exploring and just needed a place to lay my head that was budget friendly. The room was very basic but clean and comfy. There’s a full size fridge and microwave for guests to use in lobby, ice machine and Coinamatic laundry facilities. The location is perfect, right beside the river and just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge to downtown. Staff was excellent as well.
