Clean and well maintained property. The room had everything we needed. We got a warm welcome and great breakfast! We came with a rental car, which we could park behind the gate on the property. Very useful as we had all our kitegear in the car.

I would definitely recommend staying here. In addition, for kiters, the beach is a short walk and the wind conditions in Preá are great in general.

People working there are very sweet and making sure you spend a good time. The breakfast is super good: plenty of fruits, tapioca, eggs, etc. You are super close to restaurant, acai bar, and the spot of kitesurf is 5 min away by car. Bonus: as there are 6 rooms, you stay with others kitesurfers - great way to make connection.
