That said, you didn’t come to Sucre to party, so sit back, relax, and chill in the hammocks and take a Spanish lesson or two.

Set in Sucre and with Bolivar Park reachable within 1.7 km, Spanish Friends offers express check-in and check-out, rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge. The hostel is really close to everything (central market, main plaza, museums, shops, etc.). It's centrally located, yet the place itself is calm and cozy. The staff is really friendly so the whole place has a homey atmosphere. It has a nice garden where you can chill out and an equipped shared kitchen; although, just around the corner you have few places where you can grab a lunch at a very affordable price. All the facilities where good: the room was clean and spacious, there was hot water in the shower and the wi-fi worked without a glitch. And in the room you find a folder with all the touristy information you might need, so you don't even have to google all the opening hours, bus routes, etc. A really welcoming place :)

Featuring a common kitchen with an Andean stone oven, a courtyard, and an art gallery, CasArte Takubamba B&B offers accommodations in the centre of Sucre. Staffing were very nice. Location was very close walking distance within the historic center.

Situated in Sucre, within 1.1 km of Bolivar Park and 1.3 km of Surapata Park, Alojamiento constitucional offers free WiFi throughout the property. The friendly hostess received me at 2am (late bus) - even if the phone number on Booking or Google doesn't work, there's a buzzer at the door and a functional number on a sign on the door. Room was basic and functional, and there are no real special features, but as a place to arrive at, it was all that I needed. Basic but nice breakfast included (if you want more, you can get delicious and cheap fruit salad breakfasts about 3 blocks away at the central market)
