Our room was upgraded at check in so it was a bonus for us.

We could arrive there only at midnight and even though the check-in time has already finished, we entered the hostel super easily thanks to the staff and we were provided with every information we could need by an informative letter. The facilities were great, you can spend time in the living room which also has a garden in it and cook yourself whatever you want in the kitchen. The kitchen also has lots of things already and everything was super clean. We really felt at home and looking forward to visiting here again!

There is one clothes washer €5 as well as one clothes dryer €2 per load, of which the price is fairly reasonable. The hostel provided me with a lower-bunk bed as requested.
one of the best hostels i ever stayed. starting from the warm welcoming till check out everything was perfect. i could not believe that view woke up with from my bed. just amazing :)

The hostel is in a great location and very well kept. The staff was also very accommodating and did free tours. It was also my first time staying in a hostel and it really exceeded my expectations.
1. Great Location 2. Many parking options, and loads of electric charging for cars available nearby, Hotel parking is very convenient and safe but the cost is on the higher side in my opinion 3. Lovely ambiance and clean rooms 4. Close to public transport, even has an e-scooter station right outside the lobby, close to the tram stations 5. Close to AH, and other stores 6. Very communicative and responsive via messages and emails also via phone 7. Very nice restaurant in the hotel, very popular
The staff was really friendly and helpful, the common areas were clean, fully equipped kitchen. The location is also nice, 20 minutes from the city centre, the area is also safe. Comparing to the prices of the other hostels in the city, this is definitely the most affordable one.
Great location for city sightseeing and near tram stops. The family room was a good size, and was clean and staff friendly. The room was not noisy at all so children slept well We had fresh towels and bedding daily. The room had a coffee maker, fans, hair dryer, mini fridge and safe.
