Nomads Magnetic Island hostel is situated on the beach of Magnetic Island, only 20-minutes by ferry from Townsville. The staff were very kind and chilled out. The pool was a very nice place to relax and the area was extremely beautiful.

The dormitory is only 6 people, and all single beds, so no bunk. The kitchen is big and very nice to cook in, and they do recycle! I love the hammocks and the pool. Really best hostel ever. And the owner is so nice, and so is his cutie dog
