I really liked the friendly staff, which was mostly Czech speaking, so it was a huge benefit for us. The hotel was very cozy and clean. In fact, we had only a double room, so we didn't expect any large space, where you could park your own Jumbo jet, and the hotel met our expectations. :D But we definitely couldn't complain about the space at all.

O Sishaus Hostel está idealmente situado no centro de Graz e dispõe de lounge compartilhado, Wi-Fi gratuito e restaurante. It was clean and good value for money. But the best thing about our stay is the owner of that place was really helpful. We self checked in around 8pm and found out that our room was occupied by some other guests, since it was self check-in so they advantage of reaching there before and took advantage of the situation but as soon as I discovered this I contacted Yasmin(owner). She was surprised and she was traveling to a different city but luckily she was not far enough and she came to the premises right away and solved our issue and cleaned the room for us and apologized ( even though it wasn't her fault). Apart from that the place in very close to old town and clean. I would definitely suggest everyone if you guys are visiting Graz then stay at this place is good option.
