Very clean, neat, efficient breakfast. As a University dormitory the rooms are much better than the last century.

A 10-20 minute walk to a restaurant and some public transit. Two kitchens. Decent bathrooms, hot shower. A game room. A musical keyboard, which was a huge plus for me!!
