I absolutely loved the amount of tours, cooking classes and happy hour networking activities that the facility offers. Ocean and Nancy were phenomenal front desk hosts and were always ready and available to help out with any and all questions and concerns. The overnight staff at the bar and at the front desk were AWESOME to and were available to help with concerns or technology needs in the main lobby. Billy was an excellent tour guide and was well-informed on the city streets and navigation of Hanoi. The chef of the facility during the cooking class was superb and really helpful in assisting myself and others with making traditional Vietnamese dishes. He was even able to customize certain dishes to be vegan/vegetarian so I could still eat during the class.

It is very well located - central but in a small alleyway that is quiet. The place is also extremely clean with a nice attention to detail. Staff is very friendly. I was even offered to leave my stuff during the day in the homestay and then take a shower at night before my train. None of it for extra. I definitely recommend it!

Great location and super easy to book the Ha Giang loop tour once I arrived. Breakfast each morning was simple and tasty and the rooms and bathrooms were super clean and well managed.

This is a budget hotel, you will have a simple room but with all you need, perfect for one night close to the airport. We spent a few hours resting, between two flights. It is very close to the airport, 5 minutes driving. With such a cheap price you have a room to sleep, beds are ok, quite clean, AC. Nothing to complain.
A very reasonably priced hotel, great location in proximity to airport - lovely family operated business. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel! Perfect for an early flight.
We booked this very spontaneously because our flight got cancelled, but everyone was very nice and even offered to drive us from and to the airport for pretty cheap. They had a small a variety of food avaliable for dinner, so we didn't have to look for a restaurant.
No bad at all considering that the hotel is only 3 km from the airport. They arranged our airport and hotel pick up. Great service. Good choice if cheap restaurants in the area
