The first thing to mention is the kindness of the lady at the hotel, she is so helpful and welcoming and truly made our stay in Sapa great. Communication for check in was great and she has helped us book all of our tours and activities and recommended places to eat..all of which have been fantastic. Everything has been made very easy for us to enjoy our stay and not worry about planning a single thing! The breakfast each morning is also good, a nice variety of main to choose from with fruits, breads and cakes to help yourself to too! The room is was also very clean and comfortable and fresh water provided daily :) I would come back to this hotel anytime I return to Sapa.

The house itself is brand new, clean and in a convenient location. It was cold when I arrived and they had a heater under the mattress already on for me. The family with their 3 young kids are super sweet, both the wife and husband are guides so the wife Xi Xi guided me on a walk through the valley the first day and taught me about the local culture and area and the husband Dơ organized for me to hike Fansipan mountain and took me up there my second day, for a better price than I could have gotten elsewhere. He even had a little medal and certificate for me at the top. Dơ was a chef before and the food was very delicious with generous proportions. Xi Xi always prepared a delicious breakfast with and option of soup or eggs and fresh fruit. When I needed to go to Sapa early to catch my bus Dơ took me on the motorbike.
All in all a perfect place with wonderful hosts from which to explore the area :)

This is my favorite hostel and therefore visited again for total relaxation and peace of mind.The dorm 2C was spacious, having 8 comfortable beds, clean toilets, and hot water in the shower, long Balconies,15 min walk to main market area, Sun World Plaza.Reception staff very caring, cooperative. Gum boots and raincoats are available for guided walking tours.

Hotel was very comfortable and it’s what we were after having spent so long in hostels and dingy hotels. The bed was big and comfy, fridge, kettle, hairdryer in room. Staff helpful and attentive sending offers for tours to whatsapp also. They arranged the bus from Sapa to Hanoi is cheaper than I book on app.
Excellent value for backpackers in sapa with a great location and view. The dorms and bathrooms are brand new and clean. Kevin and the staff are really helpful and they got a cool bar downstairs.
Very good location, close to cafes, bars and restaurants. Very cheap, your typical backpacker hostel. I liked having loads of space to put my stuff and a small locker for my valuables.

- Amazing view from the restaurant with very affordable and good food (it's better and cheaper than in the city center).
- Cleanliness! Clean dorms, private rooms and bathrooms. Thick duvet is provided.
- Friendly staff. They let us check-in in the middle of the night.

Lovely hostel, safe, reception 24/7. The toilets were a bit dirty but we excepted it as we chose a room with 10 people. We would definitely stay in this hostel again since the price was super cheap and the stuff really helpful.
Lustig hostel was fantastic for a couple of nights - they organise tours which were great and we found they were cheaper than online. Really clean and the breakfast was good. The showers were good and lots of backpackers stayed here so easy to socialise.
Great hostel with a great location, just a bit off the big streets. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing, very kind, helpful and accommodating to any request you may have. Price is also very reasonable.

This is one of the best hostels I have ever been. The bunk beds are strong and solid. The bed is big and comfortable. There is enough space, lockers and closets to leave you belongings. The staff is friendly, they have a quick laundry service and nice food! The WiFi is strong and not like every place in sapa they have central heating.
The bathroom is clean with enough options.
