Good location at the center of Hanoi's Old Quarter. Lots of authentic food options nearby at all ranges of price. Near many of the tourist attractions in Hanoi. The free beer during happy hour was a plus, especially since it brings together the hostel guests in one place. It's a great time to go meet other people! I think this is the best hostel I've stayed at!

It is very well located - central but in a small alleyway that is quiet. The place is also extremely clean with a nice attention to detail. Staff is very friendly. I was even offered to leave my stuff during the day in the homestay and then take a shower at night before my train. None of it for extra. I definitely recommend it!

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to retrieve two outdoor jackets that we left in the wardrobe after our stay and arranged safe handover to us. Safely returned without any expectation of tip (which we insisted on, of course). Clear communication.

Near the airport, there is a nice car to take you to the airport for a cheap price of 100,000 VND. Not 4 stars but don't want that. Definitely the best hotel at Noi Bai airport. Although this is a budget Hotel, it perfectly met our needs.
