Everything. location is central. It's quiet/peaceful to have a good night's sleep. Staff are very considerate and enthusiastic. they organize motorbike tours for the Ha Giang loop. we drove our own car so we didn't buy any travel services. Breakfast is very hearty. 3 fruits, cheese, two eggs, two breads and coffee. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. We don't like sleeping on beds that are too soft. The beds were neither too soft nor too hard for us.

Note: recieved notice immediately after booking that I'd be staying the Yolo Homestsy building instead. This was well communicated and not a problem for me.
Homestay was very quiet and clean, bed cover had beautiful local textiles. Breakfast was delicious. There was excellent coffee and fruit, with options of Bahn mi, crepe, or (vegan option) pho rice noodle soup with mushrooms. They were able to check me in at 10:30 PM when my bus arrived.
They offer Ha Giang loop tours, but I had already booked with another company. This looked organized, just from surface first impression

Very friendly staff, brand new location, very comfortable beds and clean room, which has both AC and a fan. We extended several times and would certainly choose this guesthouse again. A simple but sufficient breakfast is included in the price, and one can use the kitchen as well. We like that it is a bit outside of Ha Giang, because it is surrounded by nature, with a little but refreshing waterfall about 15 mins by foot away. Because of it's location the businesses and restaurants in the area are not touristy, and we absolutely love that! Kien, the manager is an absolute legend and was so helpful throughout our stay. As they are new, they still eager to improve, and we could see them implementing our suggestions.
You can also book motorcycle tours directly with them, as Kien is also a tour guide. We travel by bicycle, so he gave us many tips for our attempt on the loop.

The Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable and bathroom and toilets are also clean and maintained time to time and the staff is amazing and helpful and fun, food is delicious and prices are decent.
They have bar upstairs and you can sing on karaoke and play music of your own choice, PS: They have happy hours from 07:30pm until 10 o'clock, you get a free beer on every 2 beers purchased!
Its a huge place, overall great experience!

We booked the Loop tour with lotus and they made the whole experience easy and flawless. The English was superb by most staff. Honestly couldn't have asked for an easier experience, arriving late afternoon, booking, and then doing the tour the very next day. The easy rider drivers were all super safe and we had the best time. For the Hostel, the private double rooms were large with a spacious bathroom. Bed was comfy and the breakfast was adequate. Would stay again.
We did the 4 day, 3 nights tour and it was the best experience in my life. I felt incredibly safe with my driver. He was so kind and sweet and made sure I was okay after the bumpy roads. He really made an effort to get to know me and make my trip so enjoyable. The food was also to die for. Every stop had the best dishes and left so full with so much left over. I cannot recommend enough doing the ha giang loop with this hostel. Can’t imagine doing the loop with anyone else.
Good location, friendly people there and some english is spoken. Rented a motorbike from them - was nice, brand new (850km done), with no problem renting and returning after 5 days. They provide garage for parking.
BUT - this place rather than hostel is "Ha Giang loop tour factory". Rooms ware spacious, bunk bed has courtain for some privacy, night light and electric socket, some locker available. Towel also. Wifi OK
the hostel will book your transfers to and from Hanoi, cat Ba, nihn bihn, ha long bay for cheaper than you get booking online.
We did the 4 day/3 night bike tour through Ha Gianggo hostel.
We were a group of 7 initially of varying riding abilities and ages and Mr Tom (owner of Hagianggo hostel) ensured that everything was arranged- we had excellent easy riders, who were smooth and considerate riders, nothing was too much trouble!
This was one of my favourite stays of our travels in Vietnam so far. The hostel itself was peaceful, quiet and in a really great location with mountain views in the background. Bean was incredibly helpful with organising transport to and from the hostel, as well as organising the ha giang loop bike tour. We were very fortunate to have really great drivers, felt very safe and comfortable with their riding and got along well with them despite the language barrier. They were all so friendly! Also Bong the dog was a cutie 😊
Mr. Bean is super nice and helpful. He speaks very good English and did his best to give us a good time in the hostel. He is easy to reach via Whatsapp and helps you out with all your questions. We spent one night in the bungelow which was very clean and cheap. From the hostel we did the Loop tour with easyriders. They drove very safely and the tour was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend the stay and tour here!
