Everything was perfect :the property is located just 5 minutes from the bus stop in a quiet alley that leads directly to the beautiful black sand beach of Dulan.
The place is very cosy, Lucy and Buggy made sure that you feel very welcome in everything small details.
I stayed in the double room which was lovely and very comfy with a small balcony with a mountain view! Not to mention the rooftop vite the mountain and Palm trees view.

Good location in middle of Main Street of Dulan. We could take a shower after surfing even after we already checked out, so staff was very flexible there.

The 2 managers of the place were very welcoming. The building had a lot of people from different country it was very nice. Well situated you have a lot of restaurant. If you want to go to taitung, you can easily take the bus.

Jamie has created a lovely place for travellers to Luye. The place has a welcoming and thoughtful vibe that is probably a reflection of Jamie's personality. The dorm rooms are spacious and well-equpped, the living room and kitchen are also large and comfy places.

Amazing stay. Very nice homestay. The owner was one of the nicest people and very helpful as well. Beds were comfortable and cosy. The place was extremely clean and right next to the station and 7/11 and family mart.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
The staff are wonderful! So friendly and kind. The hostel is the most beautiful I have stayed at - the decor is outstanding. There is a beautiful roof terrace and relaxing tatami mat area. Can't wait to come back next year!
The hostel is very nicely decorated and very well situated: 7/11 right accross the street and beach 15-minute walk away. The tranquilo staff was welcoming, helping, and very friendly, so you easily feel at home.

The place was really clean and welcoming. The beds were amazing, proper mattresses and pillows. They had everything you need like shampoo, conditioner, hairdryers. One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at.
Gotta be the best hostel in Taiwan. Nick is the heart and soul of this place, and you can feel this spark in all the guests who are staying here. He also took us all for a canyoning trip.
I extended for 5 nights total and would have loved to stay more. Awesome music all day long, free breakfast, three cute kitties...
The atmosphere was great. The hostel was very clean. The manager helps you with everything you need. The breakfast was nice with some bread and fruits and great chocolade paste. Just 15 minute walk from the sea.
Relaxed and easy-going place to stay at the main road in Dulan. The hostel and the village as well really has a backpacker vibe and in the end I extended my stay to relax a bit more. The upper floor terrace is a treasure with sea-view.
The hostel was very clean, the beds were comfy with power outlets and the light nearby. Also - we enjoyed having a window in the dormitory, the room felt fresh when entering. The rooftop terrace was great!

Great backpacker hostel in the small coastal town of Dulan! After many days of more typical Asian hostels (clean, comfy, hotel-style, minimal vibe) this was a perfect backpacker's getaway! It's very much no-frills, but the beds are comfy, the people are friendly, and there is a free breakfast! Highly recommend - just bring some earplugs for road noise!
