Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
It's very convenient and close to the airport. The owner also arranged airport pick up and drop off as well. If anyone has a chance to stop Taiwan or Taoyuan Airport, I highly recommend to book this hostel.
I was staying in the mixed dormitory and I really appreciated how the room allows you to have your privacy. Plus, the staff and boss are helpful and very kind. Great equipment and decent price, I recommend. Easily accessible too.
Great location, near Main train/ metro station so it’s easy to move around but also some pick ups of day trips could be from there; there is a nice museum and park very close
I’m extremely grateful for the safety it gave me during the big earthquake in April , biggest they had in 25 years , at 7.4 on Richter scale ( and many replicas afterwards)
Super clean and very great location for ppl who has early flight next day. The hostel is located litereally in the airport. Outside the hostel there's great view to see the planes. Staff are nice and make sure the quality in the hostel is calm and quiet for ppl to that need to rest.
The washroom comes with a bidet lol. Necessities like pads and hairties are provided in the women's washroom. Also love that the hostel uses card access for rooms and washroom, making me feel safe as a solo traveller. Capsules were pretty wide and i had a very comfortable rest. There was a big space for luggage storage in the room too and i liked it! Shower stalls were really wide too and this is coming from a plus size person 👍 10/10 recommend!
I like that the room only has four beds and the hostel itself is not crowded. Everything is very clean and in good condition. The manager is very kind, picked me up from the MRT station, lent me a charger and arranged a cheap shared taxi to the airport.
Near from MRT station, very quiet and safe location, clean and large bed for the budget price, attentive front desk. Free water and tea near the front desk space. 2 convenience stores are found near the hotel. Even Nintendo Switch rental service is available for 100 NT dollars. Had good sleep before the early flight.
My stay at Backpacker's Hostel was excellent. The owner was beneficial, spoke English and provided all the necessary accommodations I needed. The room was clean. The ambience was welcoming and not mentioned, not too far from the airport.
