This the cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was in its place and personnel take care of checking everything is correct. They are very welcoming, friendly and sweet.
I was sick the first day and they showed care and were pending if I needed anything, this is really appreciated when traveling solo. 🫶🏼

Very friendly staff who remembered your name and asked about peoples trips. With local recommendation’s and always a smile. Very clean they are always cleaning. Right in the center and 2 minutes from ferry and 1 from back beach. It’s quiet here since the clubbing bars are down the beach more, loved that. Great little patio outside to eat talk to friends and relax. Loved my stay here. Oh and they have laundry service for cheap.

Ms Juni was the reason we picked this hotel from other reviews and it was validated. Would definitely stay there again if Ms Juni was there. She’s there 7 days a week. She was warm, engaging, helpful, friendly, good English and all her recommendations were spot on. It felt like home, she got to know me and greet me by name every time I went by the front desk. There’s nothing special about this place, other than location. If you’re looking for a place to sleep while exploring Phi Phi from its excellent location, this is it. If not book the resort up north. Ms Juni makes the stay very special.

Hotel was in a great location, far enough from the centre for it to be quiet at night time but close enough to walk in whenever we wanted. Staff were so friendly and ensured we got back to our room safely each night. Great to be right on the beach too.
This is the best hostel to enjoy all of Phi Phi and the family are amazing hosts to all travellers as we celebrated our birthdays while here!

The water at the beach was magical, the buffet breakfast was fantastic overlooking the ocean, the two swimming pools are lovely. The local shops are 5 minutes walk from the resort. You can get food and drink there a lot cheaper, if on a budget, plus massages. Not overcrowded in June/July when we were there.

Excellent balcony. They support the budget of backpackers because they have a water cooler, which saves travellers 20/30baht each time they purchase a bottle of water. Also, the Air conditioning is fantastic. Credit to the girls who work around the clock who are dedicated to making this place up there with the Best Hostels on Phi Phi Island! From 20.00 in the evening until 7.00 in the morning there is no response to room service (looks more like a youth hostel)
2 rooms we stayed in safes not working
In the dining room you walk barefoot (and the whole floor is sticky and disgusting)
Can't call it a hotel at all
great location right on the beach. the beds are comfortable. there are some loud beach clubs near to the hostel but the rooms are sound proofed though you could hear some bass from the music. they organise tours as well to maya bay and other beaches.
We stayed in a seafront room which was absolutely stunning view! The room felt so luxurious although it was a 2 bunk bed hostel room. There was a nice sociable area in front of the sea too with access to the beach. It was really safe as they locked the main gates come 10pm and can only access with a fob if your a resident, needed a fob to enter the room too!
Our room was clean, A/c worked well & shower had hot water. They tell you from booking that the room is basic so don’t expect any more. It’s absolutely perfect for budget backpackers or someone with a lower budget & I believe it’s the cheapest accommodation on the island.
We enjoyed our stay here and even extended it by one night! It’s in a very good location!
