Exceptional Value for the price, Centrally located in a less crowded part of Khao Lak Town. If you are looking to book a one day Snorkeling trip to the Similan Islands, look no further, Manager has the absolute cheapest price available anywhere, and you get the same trip as everyone else paying way more. Thanks Mr. Chang for saving me a lot of money. Note: This is a review for Khao Lak Town accessibility, not for staying and being close to any beaches, etc.. Just rent a motorbike for that.

The hostel is small, clean and quiet. It has a well equiped kitchen and spacious rooms with a balcony. In general they already thought about every little thing that a guest may need. However the best part is Gift, the owner, she is a really nice person who loves receiving guests. She helped us out like a five star resort concierge and even gave us a ride! It was one of the best hostel experiences I ever had!
Brilliant facilities for children. But also the quieter pools were nice to relax. Rooms were nice and clean too. This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the main road where you will find lots of places to eat , drink and shop. Food is already cheap in Thailand but even cheaper to eat out in this area. Tip: if you tell local taxis you want to go back to the sands they charge a bit more! If you get dropped off at the nearest bar its less!

Brilliant stay - great facilities for a very reasonable price. Great beach front, several swimming pools (one which was empty all the time), great food and really lovely staff. It's a 20 min walk from the night market but really safe area to walk at night or very cheap taxis available

The resort was really nice, calm and clean. The staff were great and helpful. The location right on the beach is very nice, and also in a short walking distance to many stores, restaurants, the night market and the tsunami museum.
We're backpackers that usually travel on budget and wanted to get spoiled a little bit, and we felt like this place was perfect for that situation: not too fancy but good value for money.
It is the most comfortable,clean and beautiful hostel U ever been. It's almost like a hotel, beds are solid, AC, super clean and new,amazing linens, staff very friendly and the price is sooo cheap xand the standard sooo high. Amazing place!
Great location on the beach. Excellent room with balcony. Very close to other restaurants and bars which were generally very good and much cheaper than the hotel. The breakfasts and one dinner we had offered lots of choice and good quality.
The swimming pool was large with plenty of loungers although most guests monopolised loungers for their stay.
