Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Looooved this hostel. Very nice social and chill. Staff very friendly. A lot of comfortable seats in the living room and outside (hammocks, cushions, chairs). In front of the beach for a little swim (even tho the sand is not the best with corals). Possible to use mats for yoga. Pool table. Close to cheap and good locals restaurants in town. Clean (the staff team cleans every morning).
My getaway to this island was made even more special by my stay at this hostel. The rooms are comfortable and always impeccably clean, which is essential for me when I travel. Additionally, the atmosphere here is simply great: you can feel the party vibe in every corner, but there are also quiet spaces to relax. Safety is a clear priority, with well-implemented measures that made me feel protected at all times. Definitely a place to enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and fun.
Great location to explore all parts of the island. Garden bungalow very large and has everything you need. Owner very lovely. Good and very cheap local restaurant next door.

Staff are amazing and so friendly, restaurant serves great food and smoothies.
Gym is outstanding with every piece of equipment you could need.
Great location close to the beach and a short walk to the main road where you can find loads of restaurants and bars.
Arena is the best hostel ive been to in Thailand. the vibe is amazing, the guests are fun, sociable, easy to get along with and always down to party. Soufiane greeted us our very first day and made us feel right at home, showed us around the hostel, gave us plenty tips and advice and took amazing care of us, he made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities are top notch: pool, gym, basketball court, volleyball court, football field, ping pong tables, padel courts, daily beer pong tournaments, dj sets a few nights a week...
One of the friendliest hostel I have stayed at. The owner is a lovely guy, always available to help. Had a small bike crash, after which he was there to reassure and guide me in the reimbursement process. As for the accommodation, I stayed in the bunk bed room which was exactly what you would expect from a budget accommodation, not too luxurious but still comfortable enough and secured with private lockers. However, if you wanna get a more exclusive experience, they do offer single bed rooms which the other guests I talked to recommended.
The staff at the reception was nice and inform you about every activity which are on this week. The beach and the chill lounge, with free pool table are perfect for backpackers. The location is very convincing, renting a bike is near, there is a cute night market just a short walk away and it’s a great place to meet new people. There are always parties and taxis if you like to go partying. If u don’t like noise I don’t recommend you Echo Hostel :)
