The price was really good for a last minute booking. Probably the lowest in Maribor. But also not really close to the city centre. Maybe about 40 minutes by walk or 8-10 minutes by taxi, which is ok.
The bed and pillow was really comfy. I booked a single and got a twin room, which was nice surprise to have a bigger room at least.
The room was too warm for me, so I had to keep the window open. Then it was ok. I could not change the temperature.
The check in was easy, I just needed to wait for a guy from the reception, it was just about 9 pm. He didn't speak English, but if you know some basics of the local language, you will be fine. :)
I think I would not mind to stay again, just because of the price.

The location in a quiet village surrounded by beautiful nature with fresh air is great. Rooms were clean. We had 3 rooms, 2 of them with air conditioning and private bathrooms. We also ordered breakfast, which was rich and tasty, with good variety of dishes. Free parking is available outside.
The UNI Hostel is the best-located hostel in the city centre of Maribor. It can be found in the immediate vicinity of all tourist sights and dining, shopping and business areas.

We like everything. It had everything that we need. Room is okay, bathroom is just fine, nothing spectacular, but basic and enough. They cleaned our room every day, they change towels every day, and the staff was incredible friendly. For this price range in Slovenia it is masterpiece. Breakfast is really outstanding.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
