Nice communal area, enough bathrooms, nice balcony out the back. It was good to not be directly above the outside seating for the pub. A vibrant town to stop at.

The village is super beautiful! Surrounded by amazing mountains! The hostel stuff was very helpful also. I did the booking with very short notice but discovered that I'm not able to make it to the destination before the check-in closes. I called the hostel and they were very friendly and gave me instructions how to get the key past check-in time. As it seemed to be off season in september, I only had one roommate in 6 bed dorm room. So it was very quiet and calm. The bed was comfortable and breakfast had all the essentials. Definitely a place with good value. Would go there again!
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Absolutely great place. Probably the best hostel I've been in so far. Everything works perfectly, everything is clean, owners very welcoming and helpful. Never had to wait for a toilet or a shower, spacious and well equipped kitchen, big lockers under the bed, wifi works flawlessly. Location is lovely, if you want to eat out or enjoy a bit of night life, it's all pretty much a few steps away. You won't regret coming here.
It was very clean and brand new premisses. They take care of all the details for comfort and safety.
The kitchen has all the necessary things for cooking and storage your food, even the possibility to label them to put into the fridge.
The bathroom was clean and tidy, confortable showers and beds.
Great location on Kobarid and free parking near.
A very friendly and well located hostel in Kobarid. All the facilities are super clean and modern, and I like how the building is somewhat built into the stone wall. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of room in the dormitory room
Really lovely hostel with a fantastic breakfast! Very clean with very well equipped bathrooms (had a massive rain shower head which was fantastic) and kitchen, great location in a really lovely town with great views
This was my ideal setup. As a solo traveler, I don’t need a full apartment to myself. But I’m also old enough that I don’t want to stay in a youth hostel. Fedrig allowed me to enjoy a private bedroom, while still having access to a kitchen, washer, and shared toilets and showers. The breakfast spread in the morning was also great.
By far the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in - staff are really helpful and friendly, beautiful interior and exterior, fully stocked kitchen, and as a solo female traveller I felt really safe in the hostel. The female only dorm is spacious and has curtains and high tech lockers, and there is a woman’s only bathroom - I can’t recommend it any more!
Wauw! What a nice place to relax. You can have local food with nice wines for cheap. The people do everything in such a kind and hospitality maner. Also great location to walk, go to kobarid, go to rivers, etc. Our stay was incredible! Best of our vacation.
One of my best hostel experiences. The hostel is very clean and has a beautiful garden. The beds are very cosy and the owners are super friendly. Highly recommend!!
What a great hostel and friendly owners, well equipped, amazing kitchen with everything a modern kitchen should have and beautiful, clean bathrooms, multiple toilet stalls.
Quiet rooms with bunk beds, which offer more privacy when closing the curtain and a good night sleep even if someone turns the light on. Each bed has a power outlet, light and a small locker to store valuables. There's even a terrace outside to hang out.
Would recommend and will definitely visit again when in Kobarid!
