Looking for a hostel?
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

I did not stay at this hostel. I saw the conditions, wrote two notes to the staff and left. The staff was not on site.

This hotel is first class hostel, I would say. Shared bathroom, key left in the door for you upon arrival, no reception to be found after 15 o'clock. But the experience, in these small fishermen cottages and area is just extraordinary! Highly recommend it for both couples and families. My children and I felt like we stepped straight into an Astrid Lindgren novel and I could see the romantic scene it was for the couples staying at the time. Book it and hope for good weather!

Really nice and helpful staff and good facilities! Nice with many places to sit outside. Great location for a stay in Västervik, only 15min walk to the center. Also thanks to the owner for a parking place on the checkout day, so we could walk into Västervik.

The rooms were nicely decorated. The overall concept of a city budget hotel is nice. Good that dogs are allowed. The location is great.
