The rooms were very tidy and cleaned. Beds were assume, family of 5 persons in 3 different rooms slept very well. It was quiet. All the general areas, like kitchen area, hallways, corridors, toilets and shower, all places were very tidy and cleaned. We woke up in the early morning and the host had opened windows letting fresh air coming. So fresh and welcoming!
The hosts were very kind and helpful. The location is very close to the main street and all culture places.
We sat on the veranda for evening talk, this was very nice and relaxing. There were blankets to wrap around you if you got a little cold. Also candle lantern to lit for coziness. This is a fantastic hostel which I really can recommend!

This was a lovely freestanding house in an agricultural area just 5 minutes from the beautiful town on Vadstena. The house had a well-equipped kitchen and was very comfortable for families with kids with multiple bunk beds. There are many good restaurants in the area. You can bring your own linens and towels or rent them for $10 or 100 swedish kroner per guest. You can clean the place yourself (easy) or pay a cleaning fee. It is extremely quiet and peaceful and the owner lives just down the road and is very helpful.

I think the breakfast times need to be pro-longed. The only option was between 7-9am.

We had a lovely stay here in a beautiful, historical and comfortable suite with a very luxurious bathtub. Great location. Amazing breakfast. Our third time staying here and we would love to return again in the future.
The breakfast was good and convenient. The rooms were clean and the doors/windows were very secure and safe. I enjoyed the location and the setting of the hostel; it was more like a house with very secure room doors and such.
My expectations were very low when I saw the word “hostel,” but I was ecstatic with the cleanliness and security of my stay. I traveled alone and I felt completely safe.
